Additional notes

Persons who are considering obtaining a Restricted Licence must contact Energy Safe Victoria's Licencing Department on 1800 815 721 before booking into this course. ESV will advise the study unit that covers your work function category.

Completion of this course does not ensure you will receive a licence, only ESV has this authority.

Important
Once you have registered and paid for your course through the RMIT Short Courses website, there will be an additional enrolment step. This is because you will be studying a nationally endorsed unit(s) of competency. You will be contacted shortly by our Administration team regarding the next step for online enrolment into an accredited unit(s).
When the Administration team contacts you, they will ask for your DOB and Citizenship to set you up in our RMIT University recording system. You will then be sent instructions on how to complete the online enrolment for a unit of competency, which is relatively simple, but if you have issues the Administration team will be very happy to assist.

Unique Student Identifier
All learners undertaking nationally recognised training are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) issued by the Australian Government.
If you do not have a USI you will need to go www.usi.gov.au and create one.
