Screenwriting - The Writers' Room

Overview

The best way to get good at writing for the screen is to simply write; but doing it on your own, without guidance, can create a painfully slow learning curve.

In The Writers’ Room you will learn and apply every step needed to create a new TV Series from the ground up. As a class, we will create a new series concept, develop it into a fully structured first season and work on one scripted episode each. By the end of the course, you will have a working understanding of developing episodic content, and a script sample for your folio - either half-hour comedy or one-hour drama.
